Although the Polish branch of POSCO E&C is more than 7,000 kilometres away from the headquarters, we often host colleagues from Korea in Warsaw. On 19-22 October 2023, we were visited by Chi Young Song – Chief Security Officer of POSCO Group and Ji Yong Kim – Director of HSE, who familiarised themselves with the specifics of the ZUSOK development and modernisation project and the status of the investment.
The POSCO E&C team in Poland consists of nearly 100 people, with many subcontractors employing around 900 workers on the site. Working in such a large team and the difficult conditions in which the investment is being carried out strengthen our determination to ensure that all works and processes are carried out safely.
