Key job responsibilities

  • Engineering supervision over subcontractor’s scope of work (fire-fighting, water-sewage);
  • Coordination with other subcontractors & POSCO discipline for engineering issue & interface;
  • Reviewing the detailed designs documentation of subcontractors;
  • Checking with support of BIM team the clashes among technologies;
  • Taking and collecting inputs from other technologies or branches and transfer mentioned inputs to proper subcontractors;
  • Explanation of subcontractors doubts;
  • Control of the engineering time schedule, checking the connections among the site and design time schedule;
  • Getting approval of engineering documents submitted by subcontractor from other participant in the design process;
  • Technical relationship with the Engineer & Employer (E&E);
  • Attending the coordination meetings;
  • Preparation the correspondence to the Engineer & Employer;
  • Technical advising in accordance to Polish law and regulation;
  • Supporting to get the permission and other decisions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field;
  • Professional experience on similar position in relevant engineering works
  • Over 3-5 years of experience on a manager level;
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar;
  • Project management and supervision skills;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design;
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines;
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.
