Korean tradition points to and celebrates the special three days of summer: the beginning (ChoBok), the middle (JoogBok) and the end of the hottest season (MalBok). MalBok falls on August 14th. Hot days are an advantage when we are on vacation, and during the intense work in our Warsaw project, when we don’t slow down, we need to take extra care of ourselves. In celebration of MalBok Day, there was an extra moment of relaxation for everyone, and something delicious to strengthen ourselves – an aromatic Korean dish that refers to a tradition that encourages us to strengthen ourselves on this day by consuming chicken broth seasoned with ginger.
